When Carolina Village, a senior living community in Hendersonville, NC, needed to expand and renovate their dining and amenities, they hired Steele Group Architects to bring the projects to life.
The first part of the project included a 12,000 sq. ft. addition with a new bistro dining area, kitchen, and bar with administrative functions and a staff lounge on the floor above. The second part of the expansion involved renovating almost 23,000 sq. ft. of common areas in the community’s main building. The renovations created a larger resident library and a new coffee bar, updated the finishes in the main living room and the Village Hall, and added three new dining venues that are served from a new service corridor to the existing kitchen.
