The Villas at Christian Village is an affordable senior housing development in King, NC, created through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Offering much-needed housing and services to an underserved population, the rental development has 38 units in 19 duplexes, all with two bedrooms and two baths.
Universal design features include lowered kitchen cabinets for easier reach, higher electrical outlets to avoid bending, three-feet-wide doorways and entries at grade, one-car attached garages, and patios/porches. Residents enjoy a community building with a leasing office, community room, computer room, outdoor seating area and gazebo, and central laundry facilities.
